MCA Travel Subsidy Policy
The Mennonite Camping Association Board wants as many members as possible to have the opportunity to participate in MCA events. We recognize the value of building relationships within the Mennonite camping community and sharing ideas and concerns with others. We want everyone to be refreshed and invigorated while learning.
To this end, we have designated a travel subsidy for those who travel a greater distance to attend MCA gatherings. Camps may request the subsidy by contacting the MCA board member relations coordinator (Sean). There are no restrictions on how often a camp may request the subsidy.
It is hoped camps will see this as an opportunity for a wider representation at MCA gatherings and encourage each other to attend.
